Terms & Conditions

All artworks are professionally packaged and fully insured for transit. Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination region and are added to the purchase price at checkout:

• United Kingdom— £100
• Europe— £200
• Rest of the World— £300

Please allow 5–10 working days for UK delivery and 10–21 working days for international delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your artwork has been dispatched.

We want you to love your artwork! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's our policy:

1. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your painting. The painting must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

2. How to Return
Contact us at info@firaartgallery.com to request a return. We will provide instructions for safely shipping your artwork back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your painting arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@firaartgallery.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item for a refund.
