Buy tickets for a chance to win original works from our represented artists. Each raffle has a fixed number of tickets — when the draw closes, a winner is selected at random.
By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants confirm that they are 18 years of age or over and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Tickets are available worldwide to residents of any country where participation is permitted by law.
Each ticket is assigned a unique number and is entered into the draw upon receipt of payment.
The raffle draw will only take place once all available tickets have been sold. The draw date will be announced once ticket sales have closed.
The draw will be conducted fairly and at random. The winning ticket number(s) will be announced on our official social media pages and/or website, and winners will be contacted using the details provided when purchasing their ticket.
The featured painting will remain on public display during the raffle period and may continue to be offered for sale.
If the painting is sold before all raffle tickets have been sold and the raffle draw has taken place, the raffle for that painting will be cancelled. Ticket holders will be offered either: entry into a replacement raffle for a painting of equal or greater value; or a full refund of the ticket purchase price.
Refunds, where requested, will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless required by law or at the organiser's sole discretion.
The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary to comply with applicable law or where circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control make this unavoidable.
The organiser's decision regarding the draw and the winner is final.
Personal information will be used solely for the administration of the raffle and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
This raffle is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
